Can you teach my wife and daughters that “kill spiders” thing?

You can do this!

Merely refuse to do it FOR them any more!

Indeed: Why do feminists fear men?

It's probably the wrong question...

"Why do feminists fear GOD?" may be more like it!

I think all of that fear stuff began with how those around them treated stuff like spiders, lightening, etc.

Indeed!

(I'm reminded of a certain South Pacific song...)

I’ve never given it much thought. If I come up with something wonderful, I’ll let you know (LOL).

well...it’s sink or swim around here.

It’s an old farmhouse and the wolfies really come out in the spring.
When everyone is running away screaming SOMEBODY has to wage battle!

The wolfies...they can fight back!

A wet squishy wad of feathers. Death and feathers. Yech!

A woman I worked with was giving me a hard time about killing spiders once: “You know, the Cheyenne Indians believe that every time you kill a spider part of your creativity dies.” And I just thought it was part of getting old.

Well, I rarely kill them so I guess my creativity, what little I ever had (smile) is still intact. Now, my memory....
