Gwen “The cleaning lady” Ifill wants a world in which no one is ever insulted again. She says lots of dumb stuff, but she is black to no one points it out.
Isn’t it racist to give air time and respect to bonafide racists like Sharpton and Jackson? To accept them as moral arbiters is obscene to me.
The media group was MediaMatters, of which, Imus’ good buddy Paul Begala runs. The I-man was taken down by somebody who he has called a “friend” in the past. Once Hitlery entered the Presidential sweepstakes and Imus referred to her as “Satan”, friendship be damned, Begala began the process which took Imus out by using the network of race baiters and the willing accomplices in the drive by media.
I read her commentary and was appalled that no such words were directed at mainstream “heroes” who spout anti-semitic views.

The best part of the Iman fiasco is how fast his DNC spokesmen buddies, Russert, Mathews, Dowd, etc ran as fast as they could from him. Now he knows how it is to be a Republican.

No one is mentioning the vile invective flung at our President almost hourly.
I'm thinking Al, Jesse, and a cast of hundreds are doing the same thing, and no one is pointing it out.
Imus supported(confusingly so) McCain, Harold Ford(who ditched him after the I-man got death threats for his support of Ford)and John Kerry but openly hated Hillary.You really could have something there.

I think Fred Thompson may be, but Tony Snow will return to WH & follow President to his think-tank.
Don Imus is the one to blame for making Sharpton the moral arbiter by going on his radio show and groveling before him.
Shucks, I have to wait another hour until it airs here in New England.
