Rudy’s still way ahead. The thing is, the American people know Rudy. He’s branded. Fred isn’t, at leat not in the same way. Too bad, so sad. The facts are still the fatcs.
Trust me on this one!

No the American people don’t know rudie and the more they get to know him the more he will drop. The South and Heartland of this country will not vote for rudie. He has all the same reasons one would vote against hillary which means they will either vote third party or just stay home.
We aint buying what rudie’s selling.
I saw on Fox News last night that Rudy and Mitt are dropping in the polls. All polls summed up in general. I think it was the beltway boys.
IF Rudy is indeed “way ahead” it is only due to the fact that he is actually IN the race. Mr. Thompson HAS YET DECLARED, but, who do I see on Rudy’s heels? oh wait, nope, OMG, is that Mr. Thompson, who has yet to declare, taking away Rudy’s 1st place? How can that be? Mr. Thompson hasn’t even SPENT ONE RED CENT on his campaign, that hasn’t even happened yet! What could it be? Gasp.....

Actually, Rudy’s numbers are dropping as more and more conservatives begin to learn how liberal he is.

The truth is that they don’t. A recent poll (the scientific kind), conducted by Princeton Survey Research Associates, shows that many voters remain unaware of Rudy’s liberal stand on key issues. Only 34 percent of GOP voters were aware Giuliani has a pro-choice stance on abortion rights - a position opposed by the conservative activists that dominate the party. Just 17 percent polled knew that Giuliani backed gun control measures, which are strongly opposed by the party, and only 16 percent were aware that Giuliani opposes a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage.

Well, you got one right! Rudy’s branded all right, and the brand is “liberal.” And you’re right that Fred isn’t liberal in the same way that Giuliani is - Fred’s brand is “conservative.”

Yes, too bad for Rudy supporters. The facts all add up to this: Rudy is too liberal to win the Republican nomination.

Um, nothing personal, but I’d rather trust the facts. Rudy is too liberal on abortion, guns, gays and immigration for most Republicans and most Americans. New York values just don’t play very well out here in flyover country.
