There are entirely too many Hispanics who think they are the ONLY people entitled to be immigrants.
If we followed the old European Origins quota system none of them would get in, and if we adopted a new World Proportional Selection quota system, few of them would get in.
There's really no reason whatsoever that Hispanics should get preferential treatment.
