While Rudy was absolutely out in the primary, I was still debating whether or not I would vote for him if he got the nod. Now, he appears to be coming out against the war on Iraq. The man would make a good VP for the Hildabeast.

Yep, and when pressed for specifics about fighting Islamofascists, he’ll play up tough crimefighting measures (i.e., defensive measures).

The truth or lack thereof in his statement is almost irrelevant. What public figures say in a time of war significantly affects the progress of the war itself. It was not only stupid of Rudy to say what he said in the way he said it; it is also potentially harmful to our war effort.

In our US military doctrine, losing a war is unthinkable. Giuliani is not competent to be a commander-in-chief.

You sure?

Prepare for Failure in Iraq

The night before, he said that "there are no sure things, "and that if the United States fails in Iraq, "we have to be ready for that, too." In California a few days later, speaking of "the danger of focusing on Iraq too much," he said that complete success there would not win the fight against terrorism, and that failure there would not lose it.

More Troops May Mean nothing

But in discussing the deployment of more troops, Mr.Giuliani has been alone in saying that such a strategy may not succeed, potentially providing him cover should the situation in Iraq deteriorate further.

How is that innacurate?

N-i-c-e take. You got that right. Rooty is all con, all the time, 24/7. Conheads got Rudiani strung up by the gonads. Not to worry---Rooty likes it.

YOU POSTED: The leftwing mayor is barely more hawkish than Hitlery. And he's being awfully cagey about actually delivering a solid foreign policy speech in public. In fact, he's extremely secretive and controlling in any major policy speech.

Yup, you nailed it but good---Rooty's campaign strategy in a nutshell. Like practiced conmen, Rudiani and the cons keep the suckers guessing.

Rudy Giuliani has no plan to fight any kind of “war on terror.” This issue is nothing more than a campaign prop for him.

Julie-Annie does have a plan...

Create a welfare plantation for illegals and take away the means for citizens to defend themselves from the invasion...

In Rooty’s insular mind, rights and freedoms are what HE says they are. The lisping Little Emperor doesn’t give a fig about the Constitution, or the Bill of Rights.

HE says abortion is a "constitutional (gag) right. (So much for Rooty's strict constructionist judicial appointments).

And that’s not all. Rudeo knows zilch about US history, as well.

Rooty stupidly asserts 2A was formulated for “hunters.” That alone disqualifies The Rudester from sitting at the levers of government.

I don’t typically respond to people who call women whores, but I’ll make an exception this once.

Here’s the Rudy poll that puts him at 61%, so you might want to take back that liar comment. Not that you have the class to do it.

You are too funny. Not in a humorous way, but in a really sad kind of way, like how people look at the kids in the mall in the wheelchairs with the drool dripping out of their mouths kind of funny way.

Class all the way. No wonder you were suspended for a week.

Why is popularity in polls so important to you when we’re nine months away from the primary?

Increasingly clear? To whom? You? CNN? The New York Times?

Bumping that. Things are hard in Iraq, but they are hardly unbearable. We suffered more losses in the occupation of the Philippines than we have in Iraq, and we eventually won, but people are getting a distorted message about what things are like and the public at large are just tired of it. It's pathetic, but that's what we have come to-we need to regain the will to win.

Grr. I know. Thanks for pinging me on that. Here is what I hear, from the soldiers I have had a chance to talk to:

1.) It is not a picnic.

2.) Most of the people don’t hate us...some like us...some are indifferent.

3.) What we hear and see on the news and in the media over HERE is NOTHING what it is normally like over THERE.
