Why is he free to make such statements? He should be behind bars by now. He is a horrible excuse for (I’ll be nice) a lawyer....I cannot believe he gave this BS apology after RUINING three peoples lives. Terrible! I hope he has to sell everything he owns to pay these guys back.

Nifong has some kind of mental problem.
He continued to pursue this long after his reelection was ensured and long after he knew for a fact that they were innocent.
My fear is that he won’t get what he has coming to him.
