WASHINGTON - Pet food contaminated with an industrial chemical may have sickened or killed 39,000 cats and dogs nationwide, based on an extrapolation from data released Monday by one of the nations largest chains of veterinary hospitals.

If true, then a bunch of pet food suppliers will probably be going out of business following the horde of lawsuits that will surely be coming.
Everyone should have gotten a pony.
Melinda, you should sell that stuff.
We have a new Papillon pup. She is only 6 pounds and will only grow to 11. We started her on Eukanuba dry and spice it with chicken broth.
I think you could make bucks on natural treats!
I have an industrial size dehydrator that I’ve had for many years. Back when I had seven horses I made them treats from oats and apples. I chopped the apples in little pieces and mixed it with cooked oats. I put them in the dehydrator in tablespoon size pats and they made the best horse treats. Right now I give my Jack Russell dry food but I also make him a half a cup of homemade wet food by mixing cooked rice with meat and broth. I’m afraid to give any of them store bought canned food anymore.
My dehydrator is the size of an older model very large microwave. Most now take 24 hours or more to do jerky and mine will do a whole load of jerky in 8 hours or less. It comes in really handy during garden season. LOL
You’re amazing!
I wish I had a little land to grow our own food. I could learn from you!
We have a 43 acre farm and believe me, it can be a lot of work. I still work full time but hubby is retired. I plan to really go all out with gardens when I retire but that will be at least 10 more years. I’m just glad this big old place is paid for. It’s my security blanket. LOL
Well, when you need some help, we can bring our Pop-Up and give you a hand.
I got two hard working homeschooled girls, a kind of prissy puppy and a hubby that can fix any computer problem!
I love TN! We did a trip to Fall Creek Falls last year and it was gorgeous!
You should consider moving to TN. I live in the S.E. part between Chattanooga and Knoxville, near the Smokey Mountains. I think I have some pictures taken in my area on my profile. Land is reasonable and cost of living is low.
Hubby needs a CIS job.
If that materialized, we would be there yesterday!
