Don Imus to Tim Russert: Bush Doesn't Care 'Enough' About Black PeopleNationally syndicated radio host Don Imus is echoing comments of Bush-bashing rapper Kanye West, telling guest Tim Russert Tuesday morning that President Bush doesn't care "enough" about black people.
"Kanye West said during a concert on NBC that George Bush doesn't care about black people, which I don't believe," Imus began.
"What I do believe is that neither he nor anyone else cares enough about them," he told the NBC newsman. "And if you're a black person in New Orleans, what else are you supposed to think? The facts are the facts."
You see much daylight between the race baiting Sharpton and the race baiting Imus?
I don’t understand. He’s a worker. Why not fine him two week’s pay instead of giving him a two-week vacation? is it really punishing him to send him off for two weeks?
I’d rather see them fine him a month’s pay to be given to the Rutger’s athletic association.

HOWEVER, the Old Fart should be fired/suspended/fried the day Charles Barkley is punished for his racist comments about whites.
Barkley says grossly offensive things about whites all the time (and so does Chris Rock) — and what happens? Nothing...

There is no sympathy for Imus. A better suggestion would be a two weeks suspension of MSNBC and the NBC network or better yet, close Disneyland for three weeks.

Actually, I have generally enjoyed Imus when listening to his broadcast. He does have Arizona ties. There is a Judge in Kingman, AZ that is, IIRC, a cousin. I have been in his court a couple times. No comparizon. The Judge has NO sense of humor!
