Rudy Giuliani has a lot to learn about campaigning outside of New York City.
The former New York mayor attended a roundtable discussion with heavy-hitters at the Oklahoma History Center in Oklahoma City recently. Two of the three co-hosts were natural gas billionaires who are CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.
Mayor Giuliani was doing fine until one CEO asked him what his energy policy was, a participant said. He gave a very detailed and lengthy answer covering every energy source imaginable, but he never once uttered the words natural gas. Considering where he was, who he was talking to, and who was sponsoring the fundraiser, it was very insulting and showed a lack of preparation.
Another participant started to ask a question about Iraq.
In the middle of the question, Mayor Giulianis personal cell phone rang, and he answered it, the participant said. At first, I think people thought he was kidding. But then he just started talking; and without looking up or saying anything to us, he just got up, left the room, and never came back! Everyone waited about 20 minutes, and then the room started to break up. It was bizarre behavior.
A Giuliani spokesman did not respond to a request for comment.
“They” will be here any minute to clear this up.
No, Giuliani is perfect. Any criticism of him is support of Hillary.
Uh-oh..

What do you make of this?
JulieAnnie's TRAIN WRECK,,,,
almost makes Bill Clinton look like a good, decent family man and loving husband!!!
JulieAnnie is an absolute LIBERAL MESS.
Who the heck could be on the other end of the line that would prompt anyone to do this?
In the middle of the question, Mayor Giulianis personal cell phone rang, and he answered it,
That, by itself, would keep me from voting for him, unless he verbally communicated then and there exactly what the emergency was that would take his interest away from the graciousness that voters had given him by attending. This is a behavior I associate with Leftists, you know, the ones who are God unto themselves.
Rudy is arrogance and entitlement personified. His personal character is a bad fit for the Presidency.
Surely you left off the sarcasm tag?
“Kerik’s indictment could set the stage for a courtroom battle that would draw attention to Kerik’s extensive business and political dealings with former New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, who personally recommended him to President Bush for the Cabinet.”
Just what we need a President who would appoint his personal conman to the Cabinet.
It was Saks, telling him they had a new line of dresses in.
He’s a lawyer.
What? You mean you’ve never have someone fake an “important” call to you phone when a meeting isn’t going well and you need to bail....
But... but... we positively can’t possibly beat Hillary without him! Haven’t you heard? All this speaking ill of him is just a vote for Hillary!
LOL.
Uh, no. LOL.
I think he realized what was about to happen in his meeting, and had a staffer call him on the cell phone to allow him to escape.
*************
LOL! You may be right!
