This tells me the Rats are going to go into full blown assault mode on Kerik and in turn Rudy. As the primary goes on they will use Kerik/Rudy revelations to shape the news coverage to fit their agenda.

&&&&&

It is a mirror image of the adulation McCain used to get from the demmedia. Clinton and her party see Rudy as the most serious threat and so the trashing of Rudy has already begun.

I remember the ads in the 1996 campaign. Dole/Gingrich was the opponent of Clinton, according to all media. The ads even morphed Dole’s face into Newt’s.

The ads were dark and menacing and relentless. This campaign will be the same.

Soooooo..if Fox News is so liberal, why are these candidates refusing to even show up for DEBATES??

Tex, could it be that (1) Edwards is appeasing the "Hate Fox and Bush" moonbats in the dem base by refusing to appear, and (2) He's as a campaign ploy, avoiding a debate forum, and this is a plausible excuse? I would imagine that most candidates would prefer to avoid that challenge.

Hey...we don’t have to worry about the MSM letting Pelosi off the hook...

Arlen Specter just let her totally off the hook...he said he is glad she went...and if Condi WON’T do it..it is up to Nancy Pelosi and Arlen Specter to negotiate with Syria..because ARLEN said that Assad “can be dealt with”..

He then went on to brag about how many times HE has consorted with our enemy.

AMAZING!

NO ONE has brought up Steny Hoyer’s trip???

Surprise. Our friend Joe Lieberman just slapped Specter down for thinking Pelosi Galore was right in going to and talking with the terrorist leader in Syria.

Go Joe.

Wow, that may be the longest around the bend Bushbash of the year. You had to come out of left field to nail him with that shot.

Arlen and Lieberman are going toe to toe on LE with Wolfie. One would think Joe is the conservative and Specter is the “progressive”.

Hmmmmmmmmm. On second thought that would be the the correct assumption.

In Tom Delay’s book, he credits Newt for many of his ideas, but bashes him on mangerial style - or lack of.

Kerry and his idiot wife are on TV telling the great unwashed that they need to change their light bulbs, buy clown cars, etc. to save the planet.

Watching them is funny.

I am liking Romney more all the time, and think Fred Thompson is more old looking than Bob Dole, and when he substitutes for Paul Harvey he puts me to sleep, which is bad since I am driving when he comes on the Air. I liked Reagan’s Ideas, not that he played strong characters in the Movies. I do not want this Thread to end up a Rudy, Mitt,Fred, Bashing type thread, that should be on a different one.

OOOPSY...Arlen just said that Syria wants the Golan back...and HE thinks that Israel may be ready to give it back.

Joe Lieberman said that the US has been asking the Syrians not to participate in faciliting insurgents into Iraq...but, ARLEN and Wolfie both said...NOT the President though.

Joe repeated that line by the Syrian that said that NOW that Pelosi has visited they are NO LONGER isolated by the International Community, which was imposed after the assassination of Hariri...and Lieberman was HOT.

But, Arlen is ADAMANT that Israel will negotiate with Syria and give them the Golan Heights...AND that Bush has stopped them.

I am assuming that Arlen believes the if Israel were to give up the GH...that ALL would be peaceful in the ME!!!

BTW..no mention of Hezbollah or Hamas...and NO mention of Steny Hoyer’s trip to visit the Muslim Brotherhood.

Is anyone amazed, beside me, that anyone with the background of a muslim, and a name that even ted kennedy gets mixed up, can get this kind of attention and money? Can there be that many Americans who are really that dumb?

I said they (the base) are loving her Shenanigans, it is the average Democrat that she is scaring, and they are not the loony leftie base. They know that if a Democrat gets into the White House again, the Pubbies could do the same thing to that CIC that she is trying to do, if she gets away with this sedition. Some Democrats are shocked by her behavior and even though the Media for the most part is doing their part to cover up her sedition the average Democrat is not buying it. They know that the President is elected to be the Leader/Voice on foreign Policy, and she is way out of line. I think Congressman Wolf from Virginia is nutty as a fruitcake to do what he just did. He needs an opponent in his next Primary.

I watched that exchange also. Spector just doesn’t get it, Lieberman does. Kind of sad that the President supported Spector for reelection, when all Spector does is stab Bush in the back time and time again.

I don’t normally watch CNN because I can’t stand Wolfie, and ever since they played Ware’s video he received directly from his terrorist buddies and declared it news, but I did want to see Joe this morning. He has a much better grasp on the realities in the ME than does Arlen.

These people that actively work against our foreign policy should really be taken to task, and that includes Mr. Spector.

Yes, I noticed Juan get his little Mormon jab in at Mitt

Having grown up in a mormon enclave, IMO mormons will flock in droves to contribute to Mitt....and without any undue influence from church leaders. Rank and file mormons would see the US presidency as their due. They really DO see themselves as a "special" people.

"Mormons embrace the term “a peculiar people” as a badge of honour." See the following: Embodying the contradictions of ‘a peculiar people’

My LDS elderly mother is tickled pink at the prospect that "We just MIGHT have a mormon president!"

IMO, mormons might as well get used to hearing about Mitt's money coming from them, because it will be true and there are a LOT of mormons with a LOT of money to contribute.
