I believe “Evita” Pelosi is acting not hysterical, but incompetent. She will never be hysterical because she was raised and trained to be a “thug” by a “Thug”, her Father Thomas D’alessandro. She is a thug but she is not very bright and she cannot handle Leadership. Thuggery is not leadership, and people are beginning to notice her really bad missteps that could get us all killed. Steny Hoyer is waiting in the wings. I would love to be a fly on the wall in his office when the worried Rats try to make him do something to make her shape up.

Also, I think Tom Delay had an accurate assessment of Newt when he observed that Newt goes off in 9 directions at once and one never knows what he will be focusing on at any given time.

I’ve always thought that was one of Newt’s faults; he’s brilliant in so many ways, but he digresses constantly.

You know how I feel about the relative merits of watching blue water fishermen in action vs the usual talking heads!

I attended our church’s Easter Vigil too. It is better than Christmas for me to be part of the ceremony welcoming new adult members to the Church.

I like that term “Mitchslapping”, it is sure to become a standard in freeper language, like “Clymer”. If Rush and Hannity pick it up it may even hit mainstream America. Yeah!

Chris Wallace is a dork and even cut off Brit Hume mid sentence at the end. I don’t think Brit was very happy by the look on his face.

I only caught the end...Bill spins for McCain on why he is bombing out...Juan claims Mitt is getting money from Mormons...Mara continues to wear that orange flower pin with matching lipstick. No wonder Brit looks bored.

I think we are looking at a Clinton/Obama ticket - which will be really hard to beat - since so many voters nowadays seem to have the same attitude as American Idol voters.

I heard a LIB saying the other day that Nancy’s picture with the headscarf reminds him of the Dukakis moment in the tank with that stupid helmet on...LOL

At this point, it looks like Fred Thompson is gaining ground, and it is getting late in the game for anyone else to jump in...

Acccording to INTRADE - where people bet real money instead of gabby opinions - Thompson is now second behind Giuliani...

Republicans:
Giuliani - 29.8
Thompson - 21.6
McCain - 17.8
Romney - 16.9
Gingrich - 3.9

Dhimmicrats:
Clinton - 47.8
Obama - 31.5
Gore - 8.4
Edwards - 7.9
Richardson - 3.5

Olbies ego is beyond my wildest imagination. He knows all...about everything. Sickening. He friggin’ thinks he is Edward R. Murrow’s reincarnation, and has even stolen Murrow’s sign off. I can’t find words.....

I think Brit is like Bush to the extent that he has respect for the moderator of the show and doesn’t want to use his position to override that person.

Brit is a gentleman among morons.

My reference to Bush is about his having respect for the office of President and refusing to do anything to sully it.

I heard somewhere that Brit is thinking of a radio show. I wish he would stay on TV and that Fox would give him a daily news show to compete with the other 3. I think he would do fabulously well.

Newt didn’t realize the house the well enough to understand that he’d be neutralized if he moved up from whip or policy positions to Speaker. The fact is together Newt Gingrich and Tom Delay can do great stuff but apart both they can nothing and yet neither one of them sees it

It is ironic that you are going on and on about how liberl Fox News is (it is your opinion and I don’t have a quarrel with you)...

BUT, John Edwards has just bowed out of the 2nd debate that Fox News is doing with the CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS as co-sponsors..you can’t get much more liberal than the CBC.

Soooooo..if Fox News is so liberal, why are these candidates refusing to even show up for DEBATES??

Sam Zell is after money in IP, Intellectual Property. IP has no bounds and metes -- rather in the arena of IP the meanest, biggest dogs comes by force and brutishness to have all rights. The big devour the little.

Sam bought the Tribune, but to make his money good there he's also going to "buying" legislators and judges.

We have today a "tax" on cassette tapes, cd's, dvd's -- that "tax" gets paid to the some PRIVATE recording industry consortiums, because our legislators and courts have said so. That money, that hidden tax, is our DUE to the recording and entertainment industry because we'd use those blank media to copy their works. No matter that many CD's and cassettes we burn are of our own photo and video albums -- we still PAY "THEM" THEIR DUE.

(And our legislators get quite "lubricated" by that franchise, too.)

Comes Zell. Now what? Look at a general "tax" on any internet access, with the proceeds pay to a MSM consortium, Sam Zell, big member thereof.

**** UNLESS *** we stay vigilant, and push back against the thugs of IP.

Her father was a congressman and then a mayor. Her mother ruled the party in Baltimore. Everything went through Nancy, Sr. Nancy, Jr learned how to be tough from her mother’s example.

One of my college pals interned at ESPN when he was still there. Didn’t have too many kind words about him.

You are exactly right, and that is what Kristol tried to say this AM. He also said we do not know what “evita” said to the Syrians in private, we know what she said after she met with them. This was not a misstatement this was a totally incompetent “old Woman” thinking she is President or Secretary of State, not being able to think on her feet and botching the entire deal. I think Steny Hoyer also showed poor judgment. I thought he was smarter than that, it does not play well with Jews and Family of Our Military fighting men and women in harm’s way. I believe that “evita” may be running for Vice President on anyone’s ticket but Hillary. They are fighting for the Queen Bee spot, and if being over Botoxed is any sign of who is leading the charge it is “evita” Pelosi.

I know Edwards wants to appeal to the moonbats but to just cede the floor to Hillary and Obama makes him look less important.
