It's a seriocomedic commentary on the vatuousness and vulgar excesses of American popular culture. Watch it and see for yourself:

Morrisette? Was she on dancing with the stars?

Oh sorry I guess my American culture must be showing.

Thanks for the link! That was funny. I don't know that I've ever heard the Fergie song all the way through, but I have seen clips of the video. She's sloppy hot.

The real treasure on that link though was the following link to the worst singer I've ever heard in my ENTIRE life! I really hope he's joking, but I'm not sure. Check it out:

You really have to listen to the whole thing to really appreciate the magic.

I believe she was the runner-up on Star Search when she was around 15 or so.

Is this woman famous for something? It’s not like she can sing or dance or even be alluring despite the fake slaps and the guy grabbing her bottom.

The point of the video was not to be good, but to parody the lyrics of a pop song.

Who can forget this cunning stunt?

Alanis Morrisette gets "naked" (sort of) at Canadian music awards to protest "censorship"

Maybe if she could sing better, I could’ve heard what she was parodying . . .

After seeing that, I understood why Arabs like Burqas.

This is the funniest thing I’ve seen in months.

Satire is difficult. But when it hits? Devastating.

Morrisette knocked this one out of the park.

She’s just fugly.

Her face sometimes exhibits remnants of past cuteness, but gravity distorts her body in weird, non-uniform ways. It might be a Canadian problem.

It was boring.

If I want to giggle,
I just watch Gunther and the Sunshine Girl’s “Ding Ding Dong” song.
