Another "Culture of Death" politician masquerading as a Catholic to get votes.
Woe to the Catholic Bishops in California for not calling this guy out more vigorously. Counting the days until Cardinal Mahoney retires...
No surprise at all that Hollyweird freaks would queue up to attend an awards ceremony where one of the awards is named after a racist eugenicist.

For the pro-life, pro-family, and Catholic lists.
BTW, I've found
CalCatholic.com, the website where this story came from, to be an excellent new resource.

Planned Parenthoods news release described the March 30 awards ceremony as a star-studded gala sponsored by the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Los Angeles. The gala was hosted by Lauren Graham, Golden Globe Award-nominee for the television series Gilmore Girls and co-star of the recent romantic hit comedy movie, Because I Said So, and Planned Parenthood Federation of America Board of Advocates member; Neil Patrick Harris, star of the CBS hit series, How I Met Your Mother; and Stanley Tucci, Golden Globe- and Emmy Award-winning actor and co-star of the Golden Globe-nominated film, The Devil Wears Prada and Planned Parenthood Federation of America Board of Advocates member.
WAIT! WAIT! WAIT A MINUTE!!!
Don't the feminists say that men shouldn't have a say because they will never be faced with the hardship of abortion? Shouldn't that statement go double for openly homosexual men?
Neil Patrick Harris has already voluntarily removed himself from the breeding pool and determined that sex is solely for fun and not for the purpose of reproduction. Small wonder he would support exterminating the messy byproduct of heterosexual relations.

I didn't know that Harris was openly homosexual. Is that true? If so, it's yet another example of what happens to most unfortunates who go Hollyweird as children. They end up as sick freaks.

Don’t criticize the guy.
In another few years, this pro-abort mayor could be the Republican nominee for president and we would have “conservatives” falling all over themselves to support him.

Impossible. He doesn't have a little "R" after his name. Everyone knows, that automatically makes you a conservative, even if your words and actions show you to be a flaming Culture of Death liberal.

Just another chance for media whore Mayor Reconquista to shove his toothy mug in front of a television camera.
What a tool.

Huerta was given Planned Parenthoods Margaret Sanger Award at the same March 30 event, an award named after Planned Parenthoods founder, an advocate of eugenics who favored openly racist public policies to reduce the number of African-Americans and Latinos.
ROFL!!
I can see Margaret Sanger in her warm afterlife, "They gave my award to WHO?!?!?!?"

how old is Mahoney?
Not sure. I think we've got at least another 5 years of him--and another 20 of his "legacy".

why 20?
Do you mean it’ll take that long to clean house?

Because LA is a huge archdiocese and Mahoney has had years to destroy it, staff the chancery with his own people, root out good priests, and replace them with "not so good" ones--or none at all.
Twenty years might not be enough, frankly.

“Prop. 85, a parental notification measure that endangered the health of teens, said a Planned Parenthood news release. This is the first year this award has been given.”
Sure, and abortion doesn’t endanger the health of teens? A parent has to know before their child recieves any prescriptions or operations but not a procedure to kill their grandchild. How odd.
