fyi, i went to the Timonium Hamfest & bought another hand-held ham radio. this one is a 222-225MHZ Icom 3SAT,from the early '90s.

it is the NEWEST ham rig i own currently (my "ham friends" have a habit of "passing on their junk " to me = NICE friends! thus i have a BUNCH of "functional" ham radio stuff with LITTLE invested!!!)

then i spent Sunday afternoon doing "car repair" & cooking for the"clan".

overall, a GRAND weekend!!!

Thank you Star. I received an email from Jeremy finally. He's been very busy going out on convoy's and has seen some "action". I can relax some now that I know he's okay. Still waiting to hear from Robert.

Good Morning to you, Kathy. Jeremy responded to me emails, finally. He's been going out on convoys and taking fire. He didn't give much in the way of details, but sounds like things have been "hot" there. I feel more relaxed (but not completely) now that I know he's okay. Still nothing from Robert yet. I have had no word on Dayniss. I'll have to call my sister to see if she knows anything. I'll let you know what I find out.
