Someone needs to get that message to the Iraqis who leave their lights on all night just because they can (for free, courtesy of US taxpayers!) Even though it leaves no electricity to run the village's water pumps, the idea that a neighbor could leave his lights on all night and get something you don't get...well, you just gotta leave yours on to get your fair share!

Except for the "someone's in the house check" at least once a week.
