That could happen, especially if the Russians assist China with the takeover (By threatening nuclear attack against us if we intervene).
From strictly a military capability standpoint, I think the US wins against China.
It's policy and PC bullcrap that would doom us. If we fought a war with China the way we've fought in Iraq, we lose. If we fought it like we fought WWII, and take the damn gloves off, we win.
