Channel surfing this morning, I came across the View’s opening segment. Please understand, this is not an overly dramatic statement. I honestly became teary eyed listening to the anti-American hate coming from the mouths of celebrities on ABC. Rosie O’Donnell angrily, wildly, ranting and raving about 9/11 conspiracies. Rosie defending Iran and the Middle East. Rosie going on and on our President. Marcia Gay Harden calling the USA primarily imperialistic. It never seemed to end… and the audience loved every minute of it. It was more than I could bear. Yes I could change the channel. But it’s getting out of control. All over, it’s getting out of control.
Rosie is an abomination. Who are the sponsors of 'The View'? I want to boycott them.
What's ironic about the left's comments, is if everything they say about the US and President Bush were true, they'd all be dead.
Maybe they can't tell they're alive?
There's a move afoot to get Don Imus to visit Baghdad. Why not send Rosie to Kabul? She could teach some girls' classes about how she is a feminist and wishes they could not attend school like the old days. She could meet with some women elected to the Jirga and lecture them on how the Taliban was better. She could buy and wear some Burqa's, which would be a relief to us all.
The sad thing is these people now are getting to seem like the mainstream. That the audience loves what they have to say is downright chilling. And certainly one indication that our nation is sliding downhill is that there is barely a whimper of protest over the anti America ranting we hear on almost a daily basis. If a majority of the American people aren't outraged, or are just too apathetic about this kind of thing, then I wonder how successful we will be in continuing to fight the evildoers.
In the past, people like these were not given the platform to deliver their message. They were relegated to the shadows of society.
Today, with the internet, cable TV, talk radio, satellite radio etc, there are many, many more channels to fill. This competitiveness has led some to feature the most extreme as a means to garner attention to their channel.
While technology has produced great things, it has come with a price (like all things in life).
The outrageousness on display today is already falling on deaf ears, forcing the extreme to ratchet up their hysteria.
It will pass over time. Take Rush's advice.....turn off the TV, don't read the papers and tune out the talk radio for a week......your eyes will open to the greatness around you.

Seems like 95% of what passes for news and information anymore is subjective, imaginary, or hallucination. Maybe it was always that way, but the volume is way up. Everybody passing judgement on everybody else. This situation will not last forever, since somebody will move from judgement to action any day now.
Can we expect any thing different from the dykes in Hollywood? Sometimes I think the Islamowhacks have a better way to deal with these disgusting excuses for humans.
I think this is exactly right, the only way to get any action at all is to go after the sponsors. Otherwise everyone involved will be laughing all the way to the bank about any complaints they receive.
No, what you are being shown is getting out of control. Good Red-blooded God-fearing Americans are still out here going strong. Don't lose hope, this madness can only sustain itself for only so long.
It may well be “all over”... but it's been out-of-control since August of 2005. The Dem's (with the help of the idiots who stayed home last November) have rerouted the nation toward surrender once again. I'm seeing 1975 politically everywhere I look.

Why don't we start boycotting the companies that choose to advertise on The View...I mean come on...enough is enough out of that 5 year old fat cow.
