As previously and extensively reviewed in these pages, Feinstein was chairperson and ranking member of MILCON for six years, during which time she had a conflict of interest due to her husband Richard C. Blum's ownership of two major defense contractors, who were awarded billions of dollars for military construction projects approved by Feinstein.

As MILCON leader, Feinstein relished the details of military construction, even micromanaging one project at the level of its sewer design. Why aren't there criminal charges? This is at least as bad as taking a bribe - approving gov't contracts for your hubby's business - surely there is something illegal about that. Somebody set me straight.

The Wench! Filling her own pockets! It's an outrage. There should be an investigation. She should have to resign her Senator-ship. She should have to move out of California. (just hoping...)

I called her office, and the guy said the reason she was no longer on the committee was because of the new incoming congress, they always change.. I reminded him that she had held that post for 6 years,so that does not fly, and california being a community property state, she was giving money to her self..he was only wanting my name and zip after that..

The Pubbies won't go after her, because they are knee-deep in their own corruption. Just like Hastert didn't go after William Jefferson, D-LA.

Yes, I'm afraid that Washington D.C. politics all comes down to a zero-sum game of, "You go easy on our crooks and we'll go easy on your crooks." It's a disgrace.
