This is the *only* way I could ever see myself donating to the Gore campaign.

I hope Gore runs as a Green in 2008. If he does, Hillary Clinton won't have a chance at winning.

If it weren't sacrilegious, I'd add this to my prayer list! Something is needed to deflate the Rodham-rodent's momentum.

Oh, boy! The Europeanization of the Left! Soon, the US can also have nominally conservative Presidents appeasing liberal supermajorities, wrecking conservativism, but always able to win re-election because the Left is fractured.

Here's a more realistic scenario:

Hillary Clinton vs. Al Gore vs. Rudy Giuliani vs. Michael Bloomberg, with the only conservative being some small-potatoes party candidates like the Constitution Party.

You don't want to know how complicated the U.S. electoral system can get when the leading candidate doesn't come even close to winning a majority. To make a long story short, if no candidate gets a majority of electors, the election gets decided by the House of Representatives.

Just wait how complicated it gets when California goes 38% for Giuliani, 26% for Clinton, 24% for Gore, 8% for Bloomberg and 2% for the Constitutional Party, and 2% for the Libertarian Party.

And, if that's not bad enough, wait until New York tosses in the Conservative Party, Liberal Party, Working Family Party, Right to Life Party, Fusion Party, and so forth...

He must be nuts, if he ever got serious about running, he would be dead meat on the Morticians slab before night fall, I don’t know what but he would have some kind of a bad accident. I guarantee you.. If you wanted to gamble buy an insurance policy of Al, if he enters the arena

I would not vote for Gore if he ran for the city limits!

Surprised this never got more responses. I emailed it to all my “Green” relatives and acquaintances.
