I'm blessed in so many ways...family, finances and life in general. I guess I've cheated death several times now...the first was with my brush with colon cancer (I have a semi-colon now), the second was a major heart attack 3 years ago, a coronary bypass and graft in early Oct 2006 and cardiac arrest in November 2006.

If there is one blessed personal in this world I think I qualify.

Hi Owen - What you described here "One of the most recent methods of attacking cancer is to try to stop the body from forming those blood vessels. It is called anti angiogenesis. There is some progress on this." is the clinical trial my Mom went through @ MD Anderson's. Long story made short - it worked on her but it was pretty rough on her (83 years old) She had three more really good years after discontnuing the trial.

I'm not saying it's good to be angry and spiteful to people, I'm not saying it makes me a better person. Objectively, I can see how it causes more harm to yourself to bear a grudge than to the person you hold the grudge against. The toll of internalizing that much anger and bile is real and it can affect your health. This same line of reasoning shows how it's unhealthy for us to start dreaming of mutilation whenever we hear the latest pedo rape/murder story. Dreaming of taking the guy apart with a nail file over several slow weeks doesn't say much about his crime, it says more about you.

So I get all that. I really do. But speaking from the heart, I have no sympathies. This guy made the most toxic sort of sh!t imaginable his business. Cancer is the least of what he deserves. No tears. "
