I loved Mythbuster before but Kari is a welcome addition. I watch her in between things getting dropped and blown-up.
To: Excuse_My_Bellicosity
This is why I quit watching it. My Comcast cable has two weather channels, the regular one, on 27 and one on 101 that just runs the animated forecasts, no anchors, no talking heads, with some inoffensive music in the background. It gives the local weather all the time. Much better than having to listen to the groupthink indoctrination while waiting for the local forecast on the 8s.

"I loved Mythbuster before but Kari is a welcome addition. I watch her in between things getting dropped and blown-up." That's why she's on the show.

I'll take Kari Byron. She's one one of the reasons I enjoy Myth Busters. You CAN'T have her! She's mine! I saw her first!

...oh, alright. My wife won't let me.
Cheers!

If you all want hosts that are easy on the eyes, watch
Courtney Hanson on PowerBlock and Trucks.

That is a brainless statement for you to make. If you keep it up you really will scrape your knuckles on the ground.

I love Discovery channel but I agree with you and others that they have gone overboard on the global warming hype. They cannot do a show on anything that it is not mentioned.

She has
a cool site.
She's not only sexy, but
a darn good artist.

Where would a guy go to meet some of them?

Please open up the entire thread in your browser. If you scroll down so that post 18 is at the top of your screen, and post 19 at the bottom, it makes quite an amusing image.

That's Stephanie Abrams to you!
BTW, try this site for screenshots of other attractive TV talent -- Mario Bartiromo, Weather Channel, various Fox News Babes.
Cheers!

I think that she would get further by chasing after this with Al Gore.

Have you watched "Deadliest Catch?" It's my only "must-see TV" show and there's no mention of Global Warming at all.

Yes, I love that show! I don't think I have ever heard them talking about global warming during that one but I know some of those guys would not mind a little warming when the decks freeze over.
Some of the ways they find to interject global warming hype into their programming is downright silly. Some of the narration will be amusing in twenty years when it is shown to be false science.
I am hopefully going to Resurrection Bay for some salmon fishing this summer!

Actually a crew member on Deadliest Catch did mention global warming, he said he wished some of that global warming would be sent their way. It is a great show, I agree.

Season 3 starts on April 3 at 9 Eastern. I can hardly wait. My DVR is already ready to go. I won't be able to watch it "live" because the Mets are on at 8, and let's just say I have my priorities. ;-)
