The double standard is well know but if the firing of 8 US attorneys is what it takes to get GW to stand up to the Dems its O.K. with me.
I have been so proud of GW recently as he stands up to the dems on both the attorney issue and the bogus bill they are trying to push through congress loaded with more pork and crap than any bill in recent history.
GW is not standing for it and it makes me proud.
And he gave the Dems an earful that they have needed to hear for some time now.

If the dems have their way, Patrick Fitzgerald would be put on permanent retainer.

Prayers for your dad.
While you're about looking after him, make sure that you don't neglect yourself. If you wear yourself out you won't be in a position to continue helping him. Take time out for you to catch your breath and recharge.

To: Mo1
Well .. On Fox Sunday, so far there's been several conversation about how great (lib) attorneys are and not one dang thing about the Lunatic in Iran or how the Dems are trying to cut funding for the war by loading the spending bill with pork and cut off dates

I admire your courage to even watch that crap.I don't deserve admiration. I couldn't continue. I have turned Russert off and I really don't think I can ever turn him on again. This is beyond his usual, and obvious, bias toward the left. This was fully orchestrated in coordination with the McCauliffs and the Carvilles.
I never doubted why the MSM was so insane over the NSA program. They were terrified the Administration was tracking their calls and listening to THEM as they planand plot their destruction of any and all Republicans. If the Republican party does not get smart and start returning fire with every weapon they can get their hands on, these people are going to get total control over this country and government run health care may be the least of our worries.

Great link, anita.
Fascinating story on public interest compared to news coverage. Also, the poll is based on adults, not voters, which is a really diluted pool from which to draw opinions.
