In Japan that is called "paid dating" , it is not uncommon for high school girls to prostitute themselves, as long as it isn't flaunted it is generally accepted as OK there.. It should also be noted that in Japan they "backdate" your birthday to the assumed date of conception so this girl would be called 1 year younger in the US ...
