"BTW: Giuliani is as Catholic as Kerry and Mussolini. He's the poster boy for situational ethics."
I think if you don't like Giuliani's "ethics" or moral code or number of marriages or if he bets on horses at the track that's ok.
But saying someone isn't Catholic or whatever their faith is is not yours to say. If he and the Catholic Church says he's a Catholic then he's a Catholic.

I judge folks by their actions. If you philander, consort with homosexuals, endorse law breaking, and are pro-abortion, than you are no Catholic.
Giuliani doesn't have the balls to state his true religion: situational ethics.

But saying someone isn't Catholic or whatever their faith is is not yours to say Ok, he's not a good Catholic.
I'd have no problem with people saying I'm not a good Catholic, or I'm not a Catholic at all. No skin off my nose.
(I'm technically 'Lutheran,' I suppose, but they could say I'm not and it still wouldn't bother me...)

The Church says he is NOT a Catholic. Any Catholic who supports abortion has excommunicated himself. I don't remember the proper term, as I am not Catholic.
