Terrorist training camps in Syria????

"And it was also revealed that a "Saddam Fedayeen leader involved in setting up training camps in Syria for Iraqi and foreign fighters" was also arrested in Mosul. Officials declined to name the individual or describe the location of the camps in Syria.

Since 2003, there has been ample evidence that foreign terrorists were infiltrating across the Syrian border into Iraq, activities that both U.S. and Iraqi officials have repeatedly asked the Syrian government to stop.

Today's arrest was the first official indication, however, that terrorist training camps were operating in Syria

How many people still believe think that Saddam had nothing to do with Al Qaeda? He was setting up terrorist training camps all across the the region, but had nothing to do with AQ? Not likely.

Prelude to a US missile attack on terror camps inside Syria, perhaps? One can only hope...

I'd think the only acceptable description of "the location of the camps in Syria" would be: "in the now vaporized center of massive, smoking craters."

Perhaps the little lion will be told yet again to close the damn camps down. I bet those that we talked about surronding the city of Allepo are still operative. The Syrian are nothing more then a bunch of jackels to say the best of them.
It this administration was seriouse it should have told Shell Oil not to do any further business in Syria until the goofs start to cooperate. If anything. Perhaps some big business execs would get on the phone and tell Assad to stop shitting around. Money talks.
