Where?"

Every time someone addresses you and you try to shift the argument to something else. It's a sure sign of someone on the losing end of an argument.

And the funny thing is you started off that way by trying to make it about "authority or anarchy", in complete contrast to the actual postings to the people you're trying to take on.

Simple question...how do you maintain freedom without the presence of authority?

Second question...considering the overabundance of laws, from the Federal Constitution, to Federal codes, to State Constitutions, to State codes, then County and municipal regulations, and every other set of laws that we live under in this country, how can you actually claim that we don't cede a GREAT DEAL of our freedoms to the authorities?

What about the liberty of the child who is brutally killed and ripped from the womb, and the posterity that would have followed them in their generations? Do their rights mean nothing? The framers of the Constitution took them into account, and gave them, and us, equal standing with themselves. Read the Preamble to the Constitution carefully, and you will see that this is so.

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

Just remember, John McCain was the media's "anointed one" back in the 1999 primary elections.

I don't care who the media annoints. I never got the impression they were pushing McCain for any other reason than to defeat Bush. I don't see them pushing Giuliani because they want to defeat another front-runner. Which other front-runner is there?

Militia: composition and classes (a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard. (b) The classes of the militia are - (1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and (2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

Even the Bible doesn't support the contention that a fertilized egg is entitled to the same status as a child or an adult.

That's exactly what I do. I'd rather pick the candidate than have the RNC pick a candidate for me.

Yes, he was doing that by taking away all their guns!

And for the constitutionally ignorant out there, "regulated" at the time of the founding was more in line with "well equipped". The founders wanted to make sure the militia was well equipped with guns, not that their guns were taken away from them by government regulations!

The word "posterity" goes much further than just the unborn, or a "fertilized egg." It includes those who are yet unconceived. So, your argument means nothing.

We do. No doubt about it. And that's what Rudy is promising us.

It's my opinion that we've already ceded way too much freedom.

I'd prefer less government control and more personal responsibility.

So you are saying that when Julie "used gun control" in NYC he was regulating an unorganized militia?

Changing the school system to teach personal responsibility. That's a start. Same with Congress.
