What to call Bill Clinton if Hillary is elected president

In last Sunday's Parade Magazine, in the Personality Parade section, a reader of the magazine asked the question:
If Sen. Hillary Clinton is elected President, will her husband be called the First Gentleman?
The magazine suggested that it be left to the readers, with the short answer of:
Bill Clinton hasn’t expressed a preference. Some suggest First Man or First Husband. Readers, pick your favorite in our poll at right.
I feel that the people best qualified to answeer are the FReepers.
