I sang my original anthem, United We Stand at the Gathering of Eagles rally in Washington DC at the Viet Nam vets Wall Memorial. I am black conservative republican singer songwriter and entertainer, Lloyd Marcus.
A smaller anti- America rally received all of the mainstream media coverage. The mood and tone of the two rallies were strikingly different. So-called, peace activists waved signs and screamed slogans full of obscenity and hate.
Our pro-America rally over flowed with feelings of respect, unity and love. Viet Nam vets embraced and exchanged the words, welcome home brother. People spoke with pride of fathers and sons whove made the ultimate sacrifice defending our country. Yes, there were tears. Perhaps by divine intervention the CD player would not play the soundtrack for my finale song, United We Stand. Prompted by the united and supportive crowd, I performed it a capella. The inspired rendition is playing around the world over the internet. Though neglected by the media, the goodness of our rally will resonate like a tsunami of love and support for our troops and America around the world.

Thank you Mr. Marcus.
Good on you, Lloyd! I love hearing these first hand accounts. I wish I could have been there.
How sad that the enemies of the USA in the msm did not cover the patriots assembled in the GOE instead of giving all their attention to the anti-Americans.
I am very proud of you.
Wanted to be there myself.
How can we access/hear this rendition?
Thank you, and thanks to the thousands who showed up and represented America.
Hi Lloyd,
I am at work and when I get home I can't wait to hear your song and singing. I checked you website and found it: http://www.lloydmarcus.net/
Do you have a link to the a capella version? I got a feeling it's gonna make me cry!
God Bless!
It was all over the local news here in San Diego over the weekend that a "Peace March" was scheduled for Monday (yesterday) at City College. They were expecting thousands. Police were all geared up.
Well, thousands stayed away - and according to the news - only ten showed up. Yes, less than a dozen.
When an organizer was interviewed and asked why literally no one showed up, she said: "They just don't understand."
Then she added: "They probably watch too much Fox news."
Well, at least she couldn't blame the weather - this is San Diego after all and we don't have "weather."
HAHAHAHAHAHA
Outstanding!
I was returning from the coffee bar when the National Anthem was played and then someone offered up a prayer.
Now both of those items will bring a god fearing old wardog like myself to stand still and pray.
BUT: When your standing in what felt like 18 degree highly windy conditions and your ears are about to fall off from the cold because you have your hat in your hand and head bowed, I would dare to say the prayer was a little long!! :-)
hahaha, TEN??? hahahah. Oh how funny. "They just don't get it" indeed. YOU, my dear, don't get it. oh you just gotta love it.
For you Lloyd, Hand Salute.............two
God bless you Lloyd, and all who participated. You'd think MSM would get the message.

So, one might ask....why didn't this implosion of a "peace march" make it to the national news? If thousands had showed up it would have been broadcast all over the country.
Well, of coure, my question is rhetorical....I know the answer.
By the way..................
San Diego is the home of the United States Pacific Fleet....Go Navy! Go Marines!
Thank you, Mr. Marcus. I know after listening to your recording of "Welcome Home, Brother" (tribute to Vietnam vets) that I look forward to hearing "United We Stand". You have a wonderful gift. Thank you for sharing it with us!

God bless you. I heard your anthem and it was beautifully inspiring. How I wish I could have been there to hear it in person. Many thanks to you and everyone else who was there to stand up for all of us.
the msm is anti-american. Naturally they would only want to give attention to their friends.
Thank you for posting this Mr. Marcus!
God bless you! I haven't heard your anthem yet, but I'll track it down, and who knows, maybe we'll be singing it next year in Hollywood as we stand against the forces of evil once again!
Ted Hayes, another conservative Republican who just happens to be Black & Jewish, was the co-organizer of the Hollywood, CA event this year. The moonbats didn't know what to make of Ted and his friends as they stood with us and praised our military, the President, and country! They really hated it when we sang the National Anthem and "God Bless America"!
If you are ever in Los Angeles, please contact me. We do bi-weekly Support The Troops rallies! In fact, last weekend was four years for the one rally! My how time flys! We'll raise our voices in song for the cause!
God bless! Keep up the great work!
Go Pacific Fleet
