There is so much I had originally planned on saying as soon as I got home :
But after getting home & re-counting to my wife the Actions of that day, the Emotions of Tremendous Unity! Commaradship! and PRIDE I kept feeling all that Day & into the night- I know I can't really sit here now , ...and try to say even some of what I'd want to (at least for tonight/now) because ;...my throat is all choked up for some reason ...and the screen here is all misty & out of focus now for some reason too now... ... as I sit here talkig out loud remembering Everyone of YOU I had FINANALLY met- and had just met for the first time! & all that had happened the last 48 hours.
My God; I never KNEW I had so many Brothers & Sisters out there! Although, from past Rallies, I did know that there ARE many " Great Ones " out there who take-up the Mantle & Responsibilities of LEADERSHIP concerning such Jointly felt " CALLS " for Action,
- I DO know though that :
A) the VERY FIRST IMPORTANT THING I want to Post/Say IMMEDIATELY; MUST do Immediately, before I Post ANYTHING is this:
To ALL who had Originally;
---Planned, ---Organized, ---Promoted, ---Motivated, ---Followed-Thru with, and
--- MADE THE 17th The SUCCESS that is WAS ! Controled every aspect needed for such an major event and ,
---For also giving me & Everone : Motivation and Thoughts OF " Continuing On after the17th!!- anda FUTURE! A Future Full of HOPE! and with Incredible & Great Possibilities.

To those who Loyally & Steadfastly took their Original Feelings of OUTRAGE at the News of the Plans of Traitorous people such as Fonda/ANSWER--and Worked on & Stayed With Plans to ACT upon that news!!

...FOR giving ME : and People Like myself , a WAY TOO of ACTING & SPEAKING OUT too!!
THANK YOU; too- for all the things you know I would like to say -but you probly also know too that I couldn't possible get them all out tonight ; from my throat where they are caught now and up & out to my Keyboard,
It is too soon after such an Event and the Experiences and Emotions still too fresh in my heart-in a very good way though.
But I HAVE TO! ; and it goes without ANY possible alternative that I have to- say :

For the 17th,
-and all that had happened afterwards- and all that even now IS being planned on too to CONTINUE ON with the Objectives and Plans that we Want to Do- but all maybe just really knew we needed the 17's Motivation to allow US to fulfill our OWN, (more defined ) FUTURE Plans too!

Bill Bennett is giving "the Gathering" a lot of air time this morning on his show. He's already spoken to many who were there and he's reporting that ANSWER was very out numbered.

I'm attempting to compile all the vets stories I took down... those who could speak. Many hadn't spoken since they got back from Vietnam and many spoke with tears... of somehow making it to the wall for the first time, thinking of their brothers and honoring them. Taking the risk of bringing it all back and afraid of closing their eyes and walking patrol every night as before. What this has given them... there are no words. They spoke of being free... and finally, finally, being able to empty their souls of how they felt then to their brothers, as well as the anti-war factions... and rejoiced to see not only Iraq troops supported... but all of those who went before.
I dragged down my old tin-can pal and a fellow Navy nurse vet... they're still speechless. They only thing they discussed, was being upset that the VFW and the VA hadn't spread the word more... and constantly named those we should have brought. Some were not ready and that's where they were. I did rubbings for them... of those they requested I say a prayer for and look for; Had you seen their faces and the tears... mixed with a little regret... you would know it was worth it. If it helped one to heal... i'd do it many times over. The MSM can't take that away.
It was an honor to be there, AirBorn. Something we will never forget. God bless our military.
Due to a family illness, I wasn't able to make it as planned on Saturday, but followed the threads as closely as possible. I have to say, I'm sorry I missed it and it certainly looks like the commies, anti-Americans and moonbats (but I repeat myself) were given plenty of resistance. Well done! I hope to be there next time - if there has to be a next time.

I pray that video of Saturday's rally is sent to the troops in Iraq and Afganistan. They need to see that the American people support them. All they've being fed is the garbage perpetrated by the MSM and the garbage coming out of the mouth of Nancy Pelosi and her nest of anti-American, anti-military human debris.
Thank God, the silent majority is no longer silent. American patriots, past, present, and future thank you all. The American fighting spirit is alive and well. Saturday proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt.
Our brave troops serving today can watch video and pictures from the rally and know that we support them and their mission. Liberals thrive on lies and distortions and depend on the MSM to hide the truth. Saturday's rally showcased the truth of our love and support. Liberals Pelosi, Murtha, Kerry, and the rest can't distort what the cameras captured on Saturday.
Thank you all; you made those of us who could not attend, very proud.

It was wonderful spending time w/ you, my friends from Mark Levin Fan Forum, also Freepers, and all my fellow patriots, especially our Vets! I still have such a sense of pride and I hope to carry that for a long time. We better have another to "refill". Nah, I just want a repeat, I have not had such an uplifting experience in such a long time. Watch out libs, I'm all reved up!!!

From the bottom of my heart I thank all the Eagles that attended this event. What a dose of positive patriotism that our country needed so dearly. Eagles rock!

The one thing I would like to know is WHEN ARE WE DOING IT AGAIN!!!!
This time with perhaps a bit more warning, time to plan and perhaps some to help fund as the left is so fond of.
