I'd like to hear some high-profile black women (such as Condoleeza Rice and Oprah, hopefully finding common ground) speak out against this. These girls are just thrown away. And the thugs that "own" them are turned into heros.

The due process and proper form for such cases consists of a tree stump. The stump was split with a wedge down the middle, the perp was forced to sit on it with his appendages in the slot, and...[you already guessed!] ... the wedge was pulled out on him. Such due process was always accompanied by public rejoicing and major festivities. Just think of what a concession for renting benches to the onlookers, or a hot dogs, beer, soda, and ice cream stands would bring!
I suspect that the only thing that the democrat party would have a problem with is that the girl was working a 12 hour shift without union representation.

Direct responsibility for young girls being basically raped hundreds or thousands of times...too bad about the whole "cruel and inhumane punishment" prohibition. The ancient Persians had one execution method that is particularly appropriate for crimes of depravity (rape, child molestation, sex slavery) - it is called "scaphism" (look it up). Death is brought about via a combination of dehydration and septic shock, and can take weeks. A video showing various stages of the process should be displayed prior to execution. That would be sufficient to exact justice of the profane variety - he will pine for such softness during his eternity in hell.
