Question: Which is worse....leaking the name of a CIA "operative" or stealing and destroying documents from the National Archives? What? It guess it depends. If the operative is actually covert (unlike Plame) and lives are put in danger and someone *knowingly* outs this covert agent, then it is a pretty serious offense I would think. The facts in this case don't bear that out, however. I guess, I don't understand your question. If you're implying I am saying that this case is worse than what Berger did then your assumption is false. I would never make any excuses for what Sandy Burglar did. I think he should be in jail.
OK, I admit it, lugsoul, I am a bit biased.
