"court to force bankruptcy (like Rudy tries)."

Agreed. Giuliani is elitist, gun-hating, anti self-defense scum and he must be dealt an electoral ass-whoopin'. We cannot allow his type to represent America's last hope.

Helluva thing ain't it? I am amazed at what these communist, freedom hating lobbying groups get away with.

Tell all your liberal "friends" that irrational fear of guns is a mental illness called hoplophobia and that it is treatable.

My gun club has a hypnotherapist who is qualified to treat hoplophobia.

Laz, Get pissed and donate to whichever gun group you want. Fight them with dollars. Money is power in Washington.

The only option is shooting them, but most of us are too busy supporting the welfare class to go on a jihad. ;)

I guess that they really want a revolution in this country. Get rid of the judges that propose changing our Constitution. It takes, last I heard, 32 states, to change the Constitution.

HOW IS THIS TAX-DEDUCTIBLE???!?

Indeed!

From: http://www.bradycampaign.org/donate/

Because we lobby for sensible gun laws, contributions to the Brady Campaign are not tax deductible for federal income purposes. If you wish to make a tax-deductible gift, please visit the Brady Center web site.

From: http://www.bradycenter.org/donate/

Your entire gift to the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence is fully tax-deductible since no goods or services were provided. If you wish to support our legislative activities, go to www.bradycampaign.org.

On the back of the donation form I sent to NRA-ILA it states that if I donate more than $250, I need to list my occupation and provide the name of my employer. So why does the Brady's "anonymous" donor get to remain anonymous?

If an "entire gift to the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence is fully tax-deductible since no goods or services were provided," my donation to NRA-ILA should also be fully tax-deductible since no goods or services are provided by NRA-ILA.

I wonder how much tax exempt money changes hands between the Brady Center and the Brady Campaign.

The Brady Harpies have their collective panties in a wad over the Appeals Court Ruling.

Best thing that happened to them in years. The liberal betwetters will be reaching under those mattresses and sending in gobs of urine soaked cash to the Brady bunch. Big raises for Brady, Sugarman, and Naomi Piss.

Try to at least make a half-hearted effort at converting them first. If at first you don't succeed then just sh... LOL.

"When handguns are outlawed, only criminals will have handguns"
...with the exception of the police

...with the exception of the police? I don't know about that. See the WOD for exceptions to THAT rule. Per Lord Acton who wrote years ago about the infallibility of the Pope, "Power tends to corrupt but absolute power corrups absolutely." Drug warriors have it seems sometimes absolute power to invade and seize property in the name of the state. So I would say that some, not all, police act in a criminal manner under the guise of law. Using, I might add, guns that would be illegal if we owned them.

hauling manufacturers into court to force bankruptcy (like Rudy tries).

Yeah but but but he reduced crime in the New York, right? Citizens won't need their guns anymore, right?
