Actually, his problem was his bluff was TOO GOOD. It got him overthrown because the whole world bought his bluff. (That is, of course, if you believe he was bluffing. I am one who does not equate the failure to find large quantities of MWD's with the conclusion that they weren't there. We gave the man a year's notice that we were coming in. The fact that they were gone, or at least not findable, should surprise no one. It's like the DEA announcing a raid on a drug dealers house a week in advance, and not finding the drugs when they do the raid.)
