Gay Former Governor Seeks Child Support

Former Gov. James McGreevey, who resigned from office after revealing that he was gay and had an affair with a male staffer, is seeking custody of his 5-year-old daughter and child support from his estranged wife.
The revised divorce lawsuit by McGreevey, who resigned in November 2004, does not mention the "matrimonial settlement agreement" that McGreevey originally said had resolved all custody and support issues concerning his daughter, Jacqueline.
McGreevey's wife, Dina Matos, has 35 days to respond to the revised filing.

I wonder if its partly to get his book sold and maybe payback for Dina writing her own book. I don't blame her if she doesn't want him & his boyfriend taking the little girl. What normal mother would want her now gay ex husband bringing a child around his boyfriend? No wonder the 1st ex wife lives in Canada. I hope Dina has a very good lawyer & plenty of dirt on this scummer. I was hopeful Mcgayvee would have departed for San Francisco or Cape Cod. I just wish he would leave NJ. Actually I believe he belongs in jail. I am mad he wasn't charged with any crimes for all he has done.

This is the preliminary to the negotitations to have wife waive the child support and alimony, and hand over her share of the houshold goodies. If she does these things, she gets to keep her child safe.
God, I hate lawyers.

How many heterosexual women does it take to support a male gay couple seeking child custody? Evidently, at least one. Gay men having to living off the fruits of the labor of heterosexual women, these guys are worse than pimps, but somebody has to win the bread and wear the pants.

What court in their right mind is going to give custody of a kid to a corrupt sleezebag like McGreevey who was cheating on his wife while or shortly after she was giving birth.
