The Buffoon Caucus ( Rep. Maxine Waters - Remove U.S. Troops in Iraq by August of 1980)

At one press conference, Rep. Maxine Waters, now serving her 9th term in the House of Representatives, declared that under the Out of Iraq Caucus's plan, the United States could remove U.S. troops from Iraq "by August of 1980 [sic."] Then, Rep. Jan Schakowsky of Illinois, reasoning that 1980 had already taken place, said the actual date was August 2008. Rep. Lloyd Doggett suggested that Mr. Bush, "the misleader," was to blame for his colleagues' confusion. Rep. Lynn Woolsey, California Democrat, tried to explain the caucus plan, but stumbled over the chronology of the withdrawal, saying at one point that it would take place in the "20th [sic] century." She became flustered, then said: "Actually, we want our troops home with their families by Christmas." The caucus proposal is "confusing," said Mrs. Waters, noting the obvious as Capitol Hill reporters managed to stifle laughter.

You don't have to be on either coast to have a whackjob US rep.
Even here in good old Indiana we have the nearly comatose Julia Carson.

Who is she representing? I want to know so I can never go there.Maxine Waters is the Cynthia McKinney of California (somewhere in southern California - probably Watts). She is indeed a buffoon, and is just breathtakingly stupid.

We had a school teacher, leading her students through a museum and into a room marked "World War II", say: "And now, in here we're going to learn about World War Eleven."
True story.

Maxine Waters, and many members of the Congress and most especially the Congressional Black Caucus are proof positive of the wisdom shown by the framers of the Constitution. in that they didn't give the vote to just anyone who could make a "x".
Give ignorant fools the vote - and they elect their own...
Until there is some "test" for citizenship, and the ability to demonstrate some elementary KNOWLEDGE of the issues being decided - the vote should be denied...

I bet there are more people getting killed in Maxine Water's district everyday than in Iraq! Should we demand the police 'pull out' to protect themselves from a 'civil war'? I think the police officer's families would like them home safe too. I guess this idiot doesn't understand that someone has to protect and defend this country and it's citizens. And since it is a voluntary military shouldn't the people who are fighting this war decide if they want Maxine Waters and her stupid cohorts to 'protect' them?!

Maxine Waters has been a communist sympathizer since the early 1970's and the record is public. How long she has been a crazy woman and poster girl for the Mental Health Society is still unknown.
She is proof that God is punishing California for their sins. Pelosi, Geo. Miller, the Burtons, Gov. Moonbeam, Villagsoeosote (the LA mayor thing), Sen. Boxer, Sen. Feinstein, and the list goes on.
Need I say anything more?
Yes, pity the poor people of Watts. If she's so good, why are they still "poor"?

Someone refresh my memory. Isn't she the congresscritter that said the seriousness of the charges was more important than the nature of the evidence? Don't recall what the scandal-du-jour was about.
