Warner hits Pace on gay remarks Posted by Jill Zuckman at 12:05 p.m. CDT The ranking Republican of the Senate Armed Services Committee sharply rebuked the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Tuesday, taking issue with General Peter Paces view that homosexual acts are immoral. Sen. John Warner (R-Va.), a former Secretary of the Navy, said, I respectfully but strongly disagree with the chairmans view that homosexuality is immoral. In keeping with my longstanding respect for the Armed Services committee hearing process, I will decline to comment on the current policy until after such hearings are held.

Yes indeed it is.
This is when "putting him out to pasture" really applies. Maybe he is really just an old gay guy. Liz liked Michael Jackson too.
Did you see the video on Schumer and the other guys that live together in Washington? It was gay gay gay......
Homosexulity, the proclivity, is not immoral. It is a disorder. Acting homosexually is, however, immoral.

No sleuth, they are going to have yet another hearing............about "don't ask don't tell"
diot Senators, dangerous Senators, its time for a stake thru the hearts of these vampires that run our country.
I'm 100% with you!!!!
From a warner speech last year: http://www.senate.gov/~warner/pressoffice/statements/20060919.htm
"I was blessed with two magnificent parents. We were active in the Episcopal Church, and I have remained active in that faith nearly all of my life, nearly 80 years now. My uncle was a rector of a very prominent parish here in Washington, DC, in the shadow of the Washington Cathedral where I was raised, not more than three blocks from his church, and I was a regular attendee of Sunday school through that. I am just sorrowful that people attack me personally, as if I had no religious foundation. I have that foundation."
Another RINO pandering to the leftist press? That alone makes him an idiot.
He looks like an old queen and talks like Foghorn Leghorn
Just wait, it will get worse. Count on it. Pub's always seem to find a way to make it worse.
Senator Warner needs to read the Bible sometime: 1Corinthians 6:9-10 "Don't you know that those who do wrong will have no share in the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves, Those who indulge in sexual sin, who are idol worshipers, adulterers, male prostitutes, homosexuals, thieves, greedy people, drunkards, abusers and swindlers - none of these will have a share in the Kingdom of God.
That's the problem...with comments like Warner's it's easy to see that most people have no idea where morality comes from. They think it differs from person to person based on "man" and not the word of God. Morality based on man is, well, shall we say pointless? If it feels good do it. If it doesn't hurt anyone, it's ok.
Wonder how he'd feel if he came home to find a "homosexuel" preforming a sex act on his son or grandson?
Ollie North came so tantalizingly close to unseating this bastard.
I guess Warner, like so many other politicians, feel that they are above God's laws and commandments and do not feel bound by them. That approach works just fine until you have to stand before the one who made those laws.
Yes. If homosexual behavior is moral, then why did Foley get put out to pasture by Warner???
Warner can't have it both ways.
