Wait. Last year, the warming Pacific was going to cause the entire Eastern Seaboard to be immolated by hurricanes. This year, it's the opposite. Do these guys get paid bonuses for hyperbole?

If you want to know the weather look out the window.
What we really need is some kind of rodent to come out and tell us what the hurricane season will be.
