Nervous Jersey Parents Will Soon Be Able To Track The Movements Of Their Kids - With GPS Chips In Their Sneakers
Monitoring the kids and keeping them safe can sometimes be very challenging - and in today's post 9/11 world it can also be nerve-racking for parents - but high-tech help is right around the corner.
Security expert Vincent Bove says soon, Jersey moms and dads will be able to keep track of the little ones with "global positioning device systems that could even be implanted in sneakers - or into back packs - where individuals can be tracked down."
He says this technology will help parents keep their kids safe - no matter what happens "whether it be an act of terrorism, whether it be a fire, or an act of violence that spills over into a school or a nursery center."
Bove adds "any system that's developed that is care-free - when it's maintenance-free, and when it's easily used- that is advantageous to young people."
Some of these child-watching gizmos - including ones that automatically send location information to a parents computer or cell phone - have already been introduced in Japan.

Except for the one thing the parents are buying the chip to protect junior from: abduction. Perps will be sure to dump shoes and backpacks first off.Which is why the next step will be implanting the tracking devices. Probably at birth.

It doesn't even have to be that planned out. How many sports require their own shoes?
You change for track or baseball, you don't have the tagged shoes on.
My children's school only permits sneakers in gym. So the tagged shoes aren't there.
On the backpack? How many kids leave their backpacks on? They mostly get stored in the locker.
Yes, it will fail. They want to embed the chip in the children.

These chips have a monthly service fee. What happens if you don't pay that monthly 'tax' for your child's service? Will they repossess?

I wish this child had one of these devices and you ought to get some help for that paranoia.

A GPS device on her would not have prevented her from being raped.
HOWEVER, that sex offender should not have been out, free to rape again.
Question the law. Don't tag children. They are not the offenders.

This won't "protect" the chirrun one bit, but it will make it easier for the cleanup crew (aka - the police) to find the bodies.

I think that these gay groups are going to push this movie & the other movies they have until someone flips. And it gets violent. I blame the gay governor for much of this although the gays have been gaining power for years ...He did give Garden State Equality an office in Trenton. I guess I am anti-gay now more then I ever was before. I never really cared what you did behind your bedroom doors as long as it wasn't in public. I didn't mind them in the closet...But we have the Rosie O types and the Hollywood gays etc. Its just getting too much for me. I think I am just going to stick to my plan of homeschooling all summer then take my child out of the public school system. I am wondering now if NJ is going to try to regulate that next. Nothing in NJ would shock me anymore.... I am just sick of the gays & the corruption etc. If the school system has the right to teach my child its ok to be gay then I feel they better be prepared to be honest about the whole thing. IMO its against nature....not to mention a sin but will they tell both sides? Hell no. I am just disgusted again.

That statement is true.
However, A GPS device would have allowed authorities to find her even after that evil son of a bitch Cohey buried her alive.
Remember, he had her for three days.
Dead is worse than raped.

If the offender was in jail, her rape, buriel, or death wouldn't be an issue.

No tracking device is going to stop one of these monsters from getting a child. Look at the case of Shasta Groene. That Joseph Duncan had that poor family scoped out for days. These people are sick & twisted. They are very smart, so smart that they can get away for years doing what they do. Parents have to watch their children better and make sure they teach them to avoid strangers. Watch what they do on the computer and in general talk with them about what could happen . No device will stop these monsters unless its under their skin and I don't think thats the answer at all. How about we lock up for life or just kill these repeat offenders? What good do they do for anyone? I see none myself... Better to rid the earth of these monsters then to take chances with our children's lives. And Calpernia if you are paranoid then I must be also, you are in good company because its the fear of most parents I know. ~Pandora~
