Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question, but I would believe that tracking information would be password protected somehow, and thus only available to parents and law enforcement.

But I have to say - I don't have a "criminal" mind...I'm often very surprised at what some people come up with as far as their "creativity" in breaking the law. And yet, the first thing I thought of is if I were to want to get away with a child, I'd either leave the shoes, or have someone take them in the opposite direction from where I was going. It's almost doomed to fail, which makes me think it's going to be used in a push to have the chips implanted.

I am sitting here with my Goddaughter. She has a question I wonder if you know the answer to. The house she is currently renting has a sex offender in the neighborhood. She was not aware of it and now the house is for sale. Do you know if the seller or real estate agent has to disclose this to a buyer?
