I'd say every resident should file an immediate lawsuit against the city for violation of their rights. Aggravated by their continued enforcement of an unconstitutional law.

-- and that in the meantime, the law will be enforced. Really? I thought that constitutional rulings were instant. "The law" doesn't change, it remains written until legislation removes it, but it's completely unenforcable... as if it doesn't exist.

DC Democrat Thug Adrian Fenty is "outraged" at the thought DC residents can defend themselves? Nada, he says, not on my watch.
