What a one note johnny this caller is.
Are there really large swaths of America who do not know that juries with some frequency come to the wrong conclusion and convict the innocent. They are no more infallible than judges, but people have been conditioned to treat their verdicts as unassailable.
At the risk of sounding like a Dr. Laura fan (I am), the three reasons for divorce should be adultery, abuse, or addiction. Otherwise people should try very hard to make it work.
This gal whose the president of a local GOP club - she's single and I thought she was only in her early 20's and didn't really think about asking her out figuring she was out of my "age bracket" -- well she's actually turning 34 tomorrow. I may just have to put on some charm next month at the meeting.

You're probably right - I married the perfect man (it's been 30 years now) and I have no experience with marital problems, so I can't judge. I do feel, however, that some people give up too easily.
