Thanks for posting this! Guess I am going to hear the mantra that there is no difference in the parties. Thanks to the stay-at-home my way or no way crowd, the men and women who serve in Iraq are now being put at even more risk.

This is a dangerous tactic by the DemocRATs right now when we are trying to secure some regions. Instead of calling Rudy supporters traitors, why aren't some of these people calling the Dems 'traitors' or did they help elect Pelosi the Speaker of the House by staying home.

If people on here think I am disgusted, that is an understatement. Rudy and all of us support our military and the WOT completely and have put it as our number one issue and for that we are all trashed.

Some better wake up on here and realize the type of people now running the House of Representatives. They are the real enemy of the United States not Rudy Giuliani and all of his supporters.

Rudy isn't my first choice and at this point in time I'm not sure who is. If Rudy is the nominee I will support him as if he were my first choice.

This is the part of of the article meg88 posted which galls me! I can't even begin to say what I'd love to say to these 17 idiots or else I'll be banned.

The legislation also is expected to give Bush authority to waive some of the conditions, possibly by requiring him to state publicly that troops were being sent into battle without proper preparation, a potentially damaging admission. House Republican Whip Roy Blunt, a Missouri Republican, told reporters about 17 Republicans might end up voting with the Democrats when it reaches the House floor. Seventeen House Republicans voted for a nonbinding resolution the House passed last month stating opposition to increasing U.S. troop strength in Iraq
