Sorry I missed that factiod. I guess, then, if the defense had to let a bad juror stay, at least they picked one who whould likely generate grounds for appeal. The statements that juror is making should be sufficient grounds, given what I've heard. They will certainly support the eventual pardon.

Now I'm still working on a symbolic "Jail-In", perhaps
around the country. What if citizens went to their
local jail and asked to be jailed as INCARCERATION
OFFSET CREDITS for Scooter Libby.
