Sorry I missed that factiod. I guess, then, if the defense had to let a bad juror stay, at least they picked one who whould likely generate grounds for appeal. The statements that juror is making should be sufficient grounds, given what I've heard. They will certainly support the eventual pardon.

Hope the whole case is thrown out on appeal and hope that juror keeps talking and writing himself into a hole while we are waiting....

This whole thing stinks. But the good news is that the stench will be against the libs.

If the juror revealed pertanent info before the jury selection, then no, they cannot appeal. If the juror withheld the info, then there may be grounds for appeal.

The judge will ask, "Mr Lawyer, did you know about this?"
