"Judge wouldnt allow them to be witnesses because it wasnt germane to the charges . . . "
But he allowed Fitz to spew out the conspiracy theory - that Plame was "outed" to "get" Wilson - in his closing remarks. In my opinion, that in itself is grounds for appeal.

Denis with one N just said we did not care if he was lying or not... heck it happens all the time!!!!!!!!!!

Bet he writes a bookI bet the damn book is already written and it stars a a reporter become jury member who "saves the no-longer free world", this guy is way too self important.
Just when I think I can't be amazed anymore, along comes this mess.

"RAT juror, Now talking about Libby as fall guy, wanting Cheney and Rove"
Did he see the Devil whispering into Rove's ear?

Not only that:
Christ, juror on TV just said he didn't know what they were there to do?
How did they convict?
This is total absurdity. And totally uninformed jury just what prosecutors and judges want and insist on.

I understand, but the underlying issue---as is now clear in the statements of the jury---is that Libby was "covering up" for Rove/Cheney, and so at some point the essential TRUTH of the case had to be stated on record, under oath. And a smart laywer could have done that.

RAT juror, Now talking about Libby as fall guy, wanting Cheney and Rove Doesn't this show a predetermined bias of a finding of guilt against the WH and that they decided to settle for Libby? More grounds for a new trial?
To: Howlin
This jury is clueless.. They don't even know what the charges were..

Perhaps the defense recognized that this reporter had a penchant for self aggrandizement?

I really just can't believe it. And he would be the one to come forward and talk to the press.
To: KavMan
This guy is helping Libby's appeal.
The (Collins) guy who voted to convict Libby for bad memory years ago is having problems remembering details from THE PAST TEN DAYS.
