I'm sure I'm not the only one sick of what's going on on this web site, lead by that groups of creeps.

"Rush thinks he won't pardon him. Says he needs Congress right now. I'm so mad I could SCREAM!!!"

With the level of support the administration has shown in this process, I'm surprised that anyone would want to work for it.

With no pardon in the wings, I wonder if Scooter knows anything about the administration that he'd be willing to trade for less jail time.

I was talking about lying Joe Wilsons charge that Libby outed his wife. Isn't that what the Plame case is all about? No charge was levied against Libby or anyone else for the revealing of her name and we now know it was Armitage who was the culprit.

The jury is a gang of obedient little RATs.

Mr. President: Grow a set and pardon Libby. And don't wait until the end of your term.

I hope Bush pardons Libby along with those border guards.

Maybe he was just waiting to pardon all three at the same time for maximum effect to really see the MSM heads explode? Yeah, I know....wishful thinking.

How can jurors be so stupid and clueless by Day 10 to be sending notes to the judge wondering if Libby is charged with lying to a journalist? I say Libby needs a new lawyer if the jurors did not even understand that. I didn't follow it day by day, but I wasn't too impressed with Libby's lawyer's opening statement.

Sad day.

Let's start with the assumption that Russert said what Libby claims.

Starting with this assumption, you really believe that Libby heard about Plame "as if hearing it for the first time?"

After seven different government officials testified they had conversations about it with him in the month prior? Including at least one three days before?

And when he was keeping a file on Wilson and the trip?

If you believe that, you should be happy that Libby is not at OVP any more. Because if you believe that, then you believe Libby is an imbecile.

Why not pardon him? Bush's rep can't get any worse.

Although he would probably doom the GOP even more than it already is. Pardoning a convicted person seen to be a crony, in a trial having to do with a supposed leak that you ordered to silence a dissenter--it doesn't matter if it's true, what is perceived would make that devastating.

The minute Libby's defense team started to try to blame Cheney as opposed to blaming WILSON and PLAME for "outing themselves," he was screwed. I didn't understand that stupid line of defense from the get-go.

Exactly.

Bush needs jack now; let them all go to hell.
___________

I agree and I too feel the anger.
It's maddening.
Sad thing, this jury will be treated like royalty by the media.

What was Napalitano's point about the one "not guilty" count? It is inconsistent with the other verdicts and therefore proves - say what? - about the jury?

If Russert has any kind of a conscious this will haunt him like a curse, not so much for his lacky Matthews who will be doing his shadenfruede dance this evening. Just for hiring Matthews, Russert should hang his head in shame.

When will a Republican reclaim his balls and get on national television and just lay a smackdown on these people?

Despite his liberal views on many issues, this is why many conservatives support Rudy. He seems like an SOB that gets stuff done.
