I want to know how a guy like this was ever in a position to commit -- say, felonies #4 through #14 instead of being sentenced to prison for the rest of his life.
Easy..it's because, as his sister is quoted as saying, "He has nothing against the police. He would never hurt an officer. That's not him. This is a shock to me."
Obviously, the cops got the wrong guy. </sarcasm>
