A FORMER SENATE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE staffer and critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin was shot last week after returning from a meeting at the International Spy Museum, where he talked with Oleg Kalugin, a former KGB general who was once Putin's boss and who now sits on the museum board.
