If Chavez would just shut up, he'd be easier to ignore. The man is not as important as he thinks he is.

This is a no downside opportunity for anyone in his country to kill him. It is George Bush's fault.

Hmmmmm! With all these assassins lurking out there, I'll bet ol' Hugo has trouble sleeping at night. So, he takes a few pills to help him sleep. But that leaves him groggy in the morning, so he takes some pills to "energize" during the day.

The scrambled eggs will be ready soon!

Didn't thoughts like this lead the late Chinese commie madman Chairman Mao to order all the dogs in Peking killed?

Negroponte's response should be, "I am not a professional killer. I command professional killers."

"Who did they swear in ... there at the White House as deputy secretary of state? A professional killer: John Negroponte," Chavez said.

Is anyone NOT surprised here? This reminds me of Stalin's paranoia -- and 100 million people died for it...

President Hugo Chavez on Sunday said he believes enemies including the CIA are out to kill him, and called U.S. diplomat John Negroponte a "professional killer."

Dear Huey. If and when we want to send a "professional killer" to pay you a courtesy visit, please be assured, you will be the last to know of it. In fact, you will never even see it coming.

Regards,

The Government of the United States.
