Brian Williams is in Iraq. Apparently NBC wants to appear credible when they tell us how it's just not working there.
The media, and therefore the American sheeple, really began to go negative on the war after ABC's Bob Woodruff, co-anchor of their Nightly News, went to Iraq and nearly died. The ride along embeds stopped and the media hunkered down in the Green Zone, using spoon fed anti-American stories from "stringers" with questionable background.
Woodruff's injury also was the reason that they eventually replaced Woodruff and his temp subs with Charlie Gibson, who is now on top in the ratings.
And Brian's ratings are down, so...........
Nooooo... I'm not cynical....
Actually, the question isn't "am I cynical?" The question is "am I cynical enough?"
Brian Williams puts me to sleep, and is getting more left wing leaning all the time. He reminds me of a hound dog trying to do the news because he looks like one. When he talks all I see and hear is that baying sound, and ears flopping down. LOL!

"Today" still enjoys a huge 800,000-viewer margin over "Good Morning America," according to Nielsen, but it finished February sweeps 8% off from last year. The competition between NBC and ABC in... |
Brian Williams' trip is likely ratings based. ABC has been beating 'em.
